The Westdale is a not-for-profit, charitable organization.  Enriching quality of life by showcasing films, talks, music, performance and special events.

The Westdale is a community-based cinematic, cultural and economic hub for Westdale Village, the City of Hamilton and the surrounding region. Our programming is ever expanding to meet our goal of becoming a cultural hub showcasing films, talks, music, performance and special events.

Intimate conversations & unplugged performances with some of Canada’s greatest songwriters. Host Canadian singer-songwriter Ian Thomas talks with Canadian music legends on the creative process, inspiration and keeping one’s creativity alive.
