Meet Jacob Moon

An award-winning singer-songwriter known for his soulful pop and folk songs and his mesmerizing live looping performances, Jacob Moon layers sounds in real time to turn a single guitar into a full orchestra. Based in Hamilton, Ontario, Moon has earned praise from legends like Rush, Marillion, and Gordon Lightfoot for his inventive covers and standout original material, featured across 12 albums. Moon’s artistry has taken him to international stages, including a performance at the Canadian Songwriters Hall of Fame at the request of Rush. His emotionally rich songwriting and genre-blending style draw comparisons to Paul Simon, James Taylor, and Peter Gabriel.
